Meet Dr. Ru

I’m Dr Ru Ahweyevu, a medical doctor, certified hypnotherapist, and mind-body consultant specialising in resilience and embodied transformation. After more than 15 years in medicine, I have seen first-hand the weight that high-performing women carry and the emotional toll that constant responsibility can take. Many women today feel overstretched, stuck, or quietly running on empty, often moving through cycles of stress, disrupted sleep, low confidence, or emotional fatigue. My approach integrates medical insight with subconscious work, nervous system regulation, and embodiment-informed coaching. I help clients explore the inner patterns and responses that shape how they think, feel, and lead, supporting them to reconnect with a calmer and more grounded sense of self. I offer tailored one-to-one online programmes for women in high-demand roles who are ready to move beyond coping and begin genuine mind-body transformation, both personally and professionally.

The Mind-Body Mapping Session

90-Minute Diagnostic Mapping Session | £200

All new clients begin with a Mind-Body Mapping Consultation. This is a 90-minute diagnostic session that explores your unique stress signature and creates a personalised roadmap for change.

When you've done the mindset work but something still feels off, this session helps you uncover what your body has been trying to tell you.

This session is a clinical-style deep dive designed to identify the emotional, physiological and subconscious patterns that may be keeping you in cycles of stress, self-doubt or fatigue. 

Using an embodiment-informed, evidence based approach, we explore how your mind and body communicate and where that communication may have become blocked or misaligned. 

You'll leave with:

  • A clear map of your unique mind-body pattern

  • A sense of calm, grounded regulation in your nervous system

  • A personalised reflection or micro-practice to support integration 

If you choose to continue within seven days, £100 is credited toward your chosen package.

From there, you can continue with a 3-session Reset Package (£495) or a 6-session Reconnection Package (£895) for deeper transformation.

THE RESTORE SESSION

 

The Restore Session is a 90-minute small-group online experience for women who want to unwind, rebalance, and restore calm within a supportive setting.

Drawing on mind-body approaches, subconscious work, and nervous-system regulation tools, this session helps you release emotional tension and feel more grounded.

If you’re seeking a gentle yet powerful way to recharge in community, The Restore Session offers a safe, structured space to reset and reconnect with yourself.

The Reset Programme
£495.00

A focused short-term programme for clients wanting targeted progress in a specific area such as anxiety, confidence, or habits.
Over three sessions, we identify the subconscious and physiological patterns that keep you stuck, introduce tailored techniques, and embed change through clinical hypnotherapy and coaching tools.
(A minimum of three sessions is recommended for all new clients.)

The Reconnection Programme
£895.00

For deeper transformation and sustainable emotional regulation.
This six-session process allows time to work with underlying beliefs, nervous-system responses, and identity-level change, in order to support long-term wellbeing and resilience.

THE RESTORE SESSION
£80.00/per person

The Restore Session is a 90-minute online group designed to help you release tension and rebalance mind and body.
Using gentle mind-body and subconscious techniques, it offers a supportive space to pause, reset, and restore inner steadiness.
Each group is intentionally small (minimum 5, maximum 8) to ensure confidential, meaningful experience where every voice is heard.
